Respondent willfully violated a support order resulting in a 90-day sentence, which was suspended for one year provided he made timely payments. He failed to make the payments and a warrant was issued for his arrest in December 2005. In September 2006, Family Court was informed that respondent was in a federal prison in Pennsylvania.
