Alan H. Young has submitted an affidavit dated November 7, 2008, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Young was admitted to the bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 21, 1973, under the name Alan Howard Young.
