Per Curiam.

The Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts (hereinafter the Grievance Committee) served the respondent with a petition, dated November 20, 2007 containing 10 charges of professional misconduct. After hearings on April 7, 2008 and April 23, 2008, the Special Referee sustained all 10 charges.
