Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law and in the exercise of discretion, (1) by deleting the provision thereof directing the former husband to pay the former wife maintenance in the sum of $1,250 per month in each of the sixth, seventh, and eighth years following the entry of the judgment, (2) by deleting the provision thereof directing the former husband to transfer one half of his stock options to an account in the name of the former wife, and substituting therefor...
