Following his conviction of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, petitioner was sentenced as a second felony drug offender to 2½ years in prison, to be followed by two years of postrelease supervision. The sentence and commitment order directed that petitioner serve his time under parole supervision at Willard Drug Treatment Center in Seneca County (hereinafter the Center).
