On April 18, 2007, Sonia Taylor, (Taylor) her companion and a home health care worker were murdered by Taylor's twenty year old son, Jimmy1 Dawkins,(Dawkins) who killed himself after the murders. Petitioner Hamidu Maigah is the decedent Taylor's seven year old son and sole heir, who was not present at the murder. Petitioner Hamidu Bawa is Maigah's father who was recently appointed...
