Evidence at trial showed that defendant-appellant received plaintiff's invoices for services rendered, expressly assured plaintiff via e-mail that he would "take care" of the first invoice by paying plaintiff the invoice amount as soon as the invoice was "process[ed]," and retained the remaining invoices without properly objecting within a reasonable amount of time. Defendant's acknowledged failure to pay any of the invoices entitled plaintiff to judgment...
