MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

While on probation following his conviction of rape in the second degree, defendant was indicted on one count of robbery in the first degree and one count of robbery in the second degree. Defendant thereafter pleaded guilty to one count of robbery in the first degree in satisfaction of the indictment and to violating the terms of his probation.
