Petitioner Novation Capital L.L.C. (Novation) moves for judicial approval to transfer a portion of Jamel Knight's (hereinafter "Knight") structured settlement to Novation. Respondent Knight joins in the application. Novation and Knight appeared before this Court on July 22, 2008 for a hearing on this matter. Based on the submissions and this court's own inquiry at hearing this application is DENIED and the petition is DISMISSED.
