ORDERED that the order dated September 24, 2007, is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof denying the father's objections to so much of the order dated May 15, 2007, as fixed his arrears for reimbursement of certain expenses related to child care, camp, and extracurricular activities in the sum of $4,496.32 and, in effect, directed him to reimburse the mother for child care expenses in the sum of $1,260, a duplicate softball...
