Claimant was sentenced in 1995 to an aggregate term of incarceration of three to nine years upon his conviction for drug-related crimes. After serving part of his sentence, he was granted parole release. Claimant was thereafter charged with violations of parole and, following a final revocation hearing, the charges were sustained on August 15, 2000 and claimant's parole was revoked and restored with mandatory attendance at the Willard Drug...
