ORDERED that the order dated March 1, 2007, is modified, on the facts and in the exercise of discretion, by deleting the provisions thereof denying the father's objections to so much of the order dated January 5, 2007, as directed that "[n]o adjournment applications will be entered [sic] by the Court," and to so much of the order dated February 2, 2007, as (a) denied his application to adjourn the rescheduled hearing on the mother's petition...
