This appeal involves a dispute over the applicability of the antisubrogation rule. Plaintiff, an employee of third-party defendant, Peter Luizzi & Brothers Contracting (hereinafter Luizzi), was working on a road paving project that Luizzi had contracted to complete for defendant.
