Plaintiff, an asbestos worker employed by co-defendant TUC Environmental (TUC), fell off an A frame ladder, supplied by TUC, while removing asbestos on November 11, 2000. Defendant New York Mission Society, the owner of the premises, moves for summary judgment dismissing claims under Labor Law §§ 240 (1), 200 and 241 (6).1
