Defendant was charged by indictment with rape in the first degree, criminal sexual act in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree arising out of allegations that he forced the 18-year-old victim to engage in oral sexual contact and sexual intercourse in a guest room at the hotel where she was working.
