This action arises out of the construction of a new "vertical campus" for Baruch College, located at 55 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY (the Project). Plaintiff Premier-New York, Inc. (Premier), a subcontractor who worked on the Project, initiated this action against defendant Trataros Construction, Inc. (Trataros) and defendant Travelers Property Casualty Corp. (Travelers), Trataros's surety, for delay damages in the amount of $381,917.93.
