Plaintiff Utrah Mangar ("plaintiff") commenced this action for specific performance of a contract to purchase real property known as 129-07 133rd Avenue, South Ozone Park, New York, or, in the alternative, to recover her down payment of $20,000.00, and for damages, and to recover damages for expenses incurred in connection with the underlying transaction, in the sum of not less than $5,000.00, together with interest.
