Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation (NGCR) 12.060(2)(c) provides in relevant part that a licensee must "[p]romptly redeem its own chips and tokens from its patrons." NGCR 12.060(4) complements that general rule by providing in relevant part that "[a] licensee shall not redeem its chips or tokens...
