In this opinion, we address a motion to remand in an eminent domain action. Under Nevada law, a public agency may take private property for a public use by instituting an eminent domain action and paying just compensation to the property's owner. If, at any time during the pendency of the eminent domain proceeding, the public agency determines that it no longer needs the property, the eminent domain statutes...
