By the Court, CHERRY, J.:

In this appeal, we consider whether a corporation is required to deliver a dissenters' rights notice to all stockholders, irrespective of whether the stockholders hold the stock in street name or are beneficial stockholders. We conclude that a construction of the applicable statutes that would require notice to both street name and beneficial stockholders would place unfeasible requirements on corporations. Due to...
