In this appeal, we consider whether the doctrines of double recovery and issue preclusion bar appellant Bashar Ahmad Elyousef from recovery against respondents O'Reilly & Ferrario, LLC, and O'Reilly Law Group, LLC (collectively, O'Reilly). In doing so, we expressly adopt the double recovery doctrine. We conclude that because both doctrines bar Elyousefs ability to recover, the district court appropriately granted summary judgment...
