Linda Fields was convicted of one count of first-degree murder. She now appeals her conviction on the basis of the district court's admission of evidence of a prior bad act in the form of a prior uncharged conspiracy. Linda argues that such evidence was inadmissible for two reasons. First, Linda contends that the evidence did not fall within the common-plan-or-scheme exception to the general rule excluding bad act...
