PER CURIAM.

In this appeal, we consider whether the preliminary hearing testimony of an unavailable witness may be admitted into evidence at trial without violating the Sixth Amendment Confrontation Clause and Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36, 124 S.Ct. 1354, 158 L.Ed.2d 177 (2004). We hold that it can. We conclude that this issue, along with the other issues that appellant James Chavez raises on appeal...
