In this case, we engage in an automatic de novo review of a Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board hearing panel's recommendation that attorney Glen Lerner receive a public reprimand for violating Nevada Rule of Professional Conduct (RPC) 5.5, which prohibits a lawyer from assisting in the unauthorized practice of law.
