{¶ 1} This case began its life as a dispute between the Parkview Community Ditch Association and Appellants, the Pepers, concerning placement by the Pepers of a new headgate on the Association's acequia system. The dispute led the Association to seek an injunction to stop the construction. The case mushroomed to include a challenge to the district court's jurisdiction and to implicate the statutes governing acequias...
