{1} Cliff L. (Father) appeals an order granting Petitioners guardianship over his biological children, fourteen-year-old Adrian L. and sixteen-year-old Adam L. (Children), pursuant to the Kinship Guardianship Act (the KGA or the Act), NMSA 1978, §§ 40-10B-1 to -15 (2001).
