VIGIL, Judge.

{1} In settlement of an unrelated dispute, Plaintiff Icek Benz executed a final agreement and release, which discharged "any and all known and unknown claims and causes of action" against Defendant David Blanc. At the trial in this case, Defendants argued, and the district court agreed, that the release included Plaintiffs' claims in the current dispute. Judgment was entered in favor of Defendants and Plaintiffs appeal...
