{1} Defendant Bernardino Romero appeals his conviction and sentence for criminal sexual contact of a minor (CSCM), under NMSA 1978, Section 30-9-13(C)(1) (2003). Defendant contends that the district court erred by (1) allowing an amendment to the indictment during the trial, (2) refusing to require the State to disclose its expert's assessment of Defendant's polygraph examination result, and (3) issuing a shotgun jury...
