{1} The State appeals from the district court's order dismissing charges filed against Defendant Shawn Redd. The district court dismissed the charges because, due to computer problems, the State lost an audio recording of the alleged victim's initial interview with the investigating officer conducted on the day the allegations were reported to the police.
