{1} This case presents the question of whether an officer's knowledge that the registered owner of a vehicle has a revoked license provides reasonable suspicion to stop the vehicle when the officer makes no effort to determine, prior to the stop, whether the driver of the vehicle is the registered owner. The State appeals from the district court's grant of Defendant Brian Hicks's motion to suppress. See NMSA 1978...
