{1} Defendant was convicted of second degree murder, kidnapping (one count of first degree and one count of second degree), aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, and interference with communications. Defendant entered his estranged wife's apartment without permission, kidnapped his wife's paramour, and killed the paramour. Later, Defendant also kidnapped and assaulted his wife...
