{1} Defendant David Ramos-Arenas appeals from his convictions for one count of false imprisonment, contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 30-4-3 (1963), and two counts of impersonating a peace officer in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-27-2.1 (1999).
