VIGIL, Judge.

{1} Carlos Gomez entered into three separate plea agreements. In each, the State agreed that the total time Gomez could serve would be zero to nine years of incarceration, supervised probation, or treatment, or a combination thereof. It was also agreed that the sentences would be served concurrently with each other. The district court accepted the agreements but misconstrued...
