{1} The underlying issue in this case is whether Defendant Shirley Redhouse's uncounseled 1972 misdemeanor conviction for driving while intoxicated (DWI) could be used to enhance Defendant's current DWI conviction when she was not sentenced to any incarceration for the 1972 offense. The State asked the district court to reconsider its ruling on this issue as a legal error six days after Defendant's judgment and sentence...
