WECHSLER, Judge.

{1} We consider in this appeal whether driving under the influence (DWI) (first offense), in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 66-8-102(E) (2005) (amended 2010), and reckless driving, in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 66-8-113 (1987), have an applicable statute of limitations of one, two, or three years.
