{1} Defendant Darrick Sublet appeals the court's denial of his motion to suppress. An undercover detective entered the apartment that Defendant occupied, engaged in a drug buy, and signaled an awaiting police team which then entered the apartment and detained the occupants. Defendant contends that after the occupants of the apartment were taken and detained outside some members of the police team reentered the apartment...
