{1} We address in this appeal whether the requirements of NMSA 1978, Section 66-5-301(A) (1983), pertaining to uninsured and underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) coverage, apply to a group of counties that pool their financial resources under NMSA 1978, Section 3-62-1 (1986) and NMSA 1978, Section 3-62-2 (1986) to satisfy claims against the individual counties of the group.
