{1} Defendant Terry Parrish was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence (DUI) and failure to have an operating license plate lamp. See NMSA 1978, § 66-8-102(D)(3) (2004) (amended 2010); NMSA 1978, § 66-3-805 (1978).
