{1} Defendant-Appellee, Sundae Bolin, was indicted on charges of trafficking a controlled substance in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-31-20 (2006), and conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 30-28-2 (1979). Prior to trial, the district court granted Defendant's motion to suppress, finding that the evidence against her was obtained by police who improperly enlisted the assistance...
