{1} Joe and Joanne Valles (Valleses) entered into a contract with a licensed contractor, Reule Sun Corporation (Reule) to apply stucco on their home. Reule hired an unlicensed subcontractor, Perez Plastering (Perez), to complete the project. Valleses were dissatisfied with both the initial stuccoing and re-stuccoing efforts and did not pay Reule.
