ROBLES, Judge.

{1} Plaintiffs appeal a grant of summary judgment to Defendant, which determined that certain water rights were conveyed to Defendant by virtue of her deed even though there was no specific language in the deed granting those rights. We reverse. We note that Plaintiffs also moved for summary judgment but, for the reasons that follow, we decline to consider their motion at this juncture and remand so the district court...
