{1} Plaintiff, Jeffrey Branch, appeals from the dismissal of his claims against Defendant, Chamisa Development Corporation, Ltd. (Chamisa), for breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent concealment, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent nondisclosure, rescission, and breach of contract. We affirm.
