{1} This case arises from an automobile accident between vehicles driven by Mark Anthony Chavoya (Chavoya) and Tina Marie Williams (Williams). It is undisputed that Chavoya's negligence caused the accident, which resulted in Chavoya's death and injuries to Williams and another passenger, Ryan Johnson (collectively, Plaintiffs).
