{1} Defendant Gerardo Ramos Lopez appeals his convictions of possession with intent to distribute marijuana (over 100 pounds) and conspiracy to commit possession with intent to distribute marijuana (over 100 pounds). Border Patrol Agents observed Defendant driving a red Ford Mustang in apparent tandem with a maroon Nissan in which police ultimately found the drugs.
