{1} This case came before us on a petition for the permanent removal of Magistrate Judge Thomas R. Rodella. While this Court does not agree with all the findings and conclusions of the Judicial Standards Commission (the Commission), after our own review of the record, we hold that sufficient clear and convincing evidence was introduced to conclude that Judge Rodella committed willful misconduct.
