This appeal concerns the late filing of a notice of claim pursuant to the New Jersey Tort Claims Act (TCA), N.J.S.A. 59:1-2013 Law Division order, which denied his motion for an order deeming as timely filed a notice of claim submitted to the administrator of defendant Borough of Essex Fells (Borough).1 We affirm.
