This ethics proceeding requires the Court to determine whether respondent, Ty Hyderally, violated Rule of Professional Conduct (RPC) 8.4(c), which prohibits "conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation," by virtue of his display of the seal of the New Jersey Board on Attorney Certification on his law firm website, notwithstanding the fact that respondent is not a Certified Attorney.
