The State appeals, pursuant to leave granted, from trial court orders denying its motion pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-26 to transfer jurisdiction over juveniles A.D.# 1 and A.D.# 2 from the Family Part to the Law Division, Criminal Part.1 After reviewing the record, in light of the contentions advanced on appeal, we reverse.
