Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction following his guilty plea to fourth degree abuse of a minor, N.J.S.A. 9:6-1 and N.J.S.A. 9:6-3 (as amended from second degree endangering, N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4(a)). The recommended sentence pursuant to the negotiated disposition was imposed, and defendant was sentenced to three years probation including the service of 364 days in the county...
