Kuhn had a series of Internet and phone conversations with investigators from the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office who represented themselves as "Mandi," a thirteen-year-old girl. They eventually arranged to meet at a bowling alley on September 8, and defendant was arrested after he arrived and called the bowling alley phone to reach...
